Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy requires a minimum of 48 hours notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a 30% charge for no-show appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in respecting our scheduling policies.
Please be mindful that there is a 15 minute grace period added to your appointment time slot. If you exceed the 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and will be considered a no show.
